Introduced in 1996, Bamboo Grill has grown from a sister location of Manila Sunset (founded 1988) into a staple of the East-Coast Filipino community. The restaurant is recognized for its made-to-order cuisine and family style dining. Apart from the food, customers maintain their loyalty because of their connection to the founding family.
The restaurant rebrand is rooted in nostalgia and texture, bringing together custom typography, archival imagery, and mixed-media collage to evoke a familial and tangible brand identity.
